Homebound persons and persons with disabilities may request an appointment by sending an email to contact@vitaloveland.org or by calling our Google Voice Line: 970-599-1794 and leaving a message describing your request for assistance. Our volunteer Scheduler will return your call, usually within 48 hours. Response times may vary in times of higher activity. Appointments are subject to the availability of IRS-certified volunteers and the scope of service required.
