Refunds issued in 2026 (for the 2025 tax year)
Tax filers will receive smaller TABOR refunds in early 2026 when they file their 2025 state income taxes. These are the last projected refunds for a couple of years. The estimated refund amounts for the 2025 tax year are based on adjusted gross income (AGI):
